Weldbond is unconditionally guaranteed if directions for use are followed as outlined in the Weldbond Product Guide (available from your dealer or Frank T Ross).  If Weldbond does not stand up as stated we will refund the purchase price.  This guarantee is offered by the manufacturer and is not in any way the responsibility of the seller or retailer.  Apply in writing direct to us giving full details of usage and return the unused portion to factory. Warranty expressed or implied limited to the purchase price of this merchandise.  Seller's maximum liability shall not exceed the price of this item. Manufacturer's maximum liability shall not exceed the terms and conditions expressed in the warranty and the guarantee.
