1. No purchase necessary. To enter, follow the instructions on this website, complete the photo release form and mail it along with your photos to:

Once the photo release form has been received you may submit as many photos as you wish.
2. All entries become the property of Frank T Ross and will not be returned. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. Contest begins January 1st, 2007 at 8:00 AM (EST) and ends on a date to be announced. All times listed are Eastern Standard Time; please allow for the time difference from your local time zone.
Eligibility
3. Contest open to legal residents of the United States and Canada. Quebec residents are not eligible. Employees of , its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising, promotion, and fulfillment agencies and immediate family of each are not eligible. Entrants selected as potential winners must first correctly answer a time limited, mathematical skill testing question without assistance of mechanical or electronic aid and will be required to sign a standard declaration and release confirming compliance with these official rules and acceptance of the prize as
awarded. Each winning entry may be published in any medium by Sponsors without additional compensation to winner. Entries cannot be acknowledged and become the property of Sponsors upon receipt. Submission of entry constitutes permission for Sponsors to publish entry in any media it chooses, including the internet. Entrant’s email and/or mailing address and other submitted information may also be used for purposes of marketing and promotion.
Selection of Winners
4. Six (6) annual winners will be selected by Frank T Ross from all eligible entries received. The winners will be selected on or about December 31st of every year. If your entry is not chosen, it will be considered during the next review. Sponsors will select winners based on the uniqueness of the projects submitted. Entrants will be judged by a panel of the Head Office staff of

Six (6) winners will receive prizes consisting of a winners cap, T-shirt, one gallon of Weldbond glue and 12 copies of the final hang tag production (each winner receives the hang tags showing their winning project). By accepting prize, winner agrees that and their respective officers, directors, agents and employees will have no liability or responsibility for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind resulting from the acceptance, possession or use of any prize and they will be held harmless against any claims of liability arising directly or indirectly from the prizes awarded. Winner will be notified by mail and/or email and will be required to sign and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability release within fourteen days of notification attempt, or the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner.
6. Sponsor assumes no responsibility for lost, misdirected, damaged, stolen, postage-due, illegible, or late mail-in entries. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, incomplete, damaged, late, failed or misdirected transmissions, or for technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, electronic malfunction or damage to any network, hardware or software. Sponsor is not responsible for any congestion, failure or malfunction of any telephone network or lines, on-line system, server or provider, computer equipment, or software. If the internet portion of the program is not capable of running as planned for any reason, including tampering, computer virus, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes beyond the control of the Sponsor which corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Contest, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest. Any attempt by any person to deliberately damage any website or undermine legitimate operation of the program is a violation of criminal and civil laws, and should any attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify or suspend the Contest.
The entrants agree to be bound by these official rules, and by the decisions of the judges, which are final, in all matters. Winners will be notified by electronic mail.
Release
7. The Grand Prize winner as well as Second Prize winners shall release sponsors, their parents, affiliates, subsidiary companies, and the directors, officers, employees and agencies of any of the above organizations from any and all liability whatsover for any injuries, death, loss, damage of any kind resulting from participation in the contest or resulting from acceptance, possession or use/misuse of any prize. By accepting prize, the Grand Prize winner as well as Second Prize winners must consent to the use of his/her name and likeness for advertising and promotional
purposes without additional compensation unless prohibited by law. Participants waive the right to assert as a cost of winning any prize, any and all costs of prize redemption or costs or expenses associated with travel and any liability which might arise from redeeming or seeking to redeem said prize. All taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners.
Limitations of Liability/Reserved Rights
8. Neither Sponsors nor their parent, subsidiary or affiliate companies, nor their promotional agencies shall have any obligation or responsibility with regard to (i) entries that contain inaccurate information or do not comply with these rules, (ii) entries, prize claims or notifications that are lost, late, incomplete, illegible, unintelligible, damaged or otherwise not received by the intended recipient menu.
